There are many ways that you can Purchase a Product through us, we have great relationships with our suppliers and our deilvery times are excellent, On average on placing an order direct on our suppliers we have it within 21 working days . Below are the details of some of the ways we do things, We have thought long and hard and have kept things simple.
Items showing "On Order" (Our most popular)
- A product showing a Stock QTY of 1 but showing "On Order" means we have ordered, about to Order or are waiting to Order that amount yet it is not in Situ. You may add to your Cart and go through the payment Process which ensures that the product has been reserved in your name. Irrespective of us placing an Order, on notification that you have made a payment we will order it on your beahalf within 1 hour (we will not wait to submit a Full Order).
- Once it has arrived Your Purchase will be dispatched to you within 24hrs. We will notify you of all Time lines so that you are not kept in the dark, our aim is to always inform you so that you are aware of when your product will get to you. Some Products may take 28 days from the date of purchase though in most cases this will be far shorter (14 Days). or less!!!
Individual Pre-Order
- We will notify you if we can source the product or if we are expecting a delivery in the first instance.
- You will be notified of a Purchase price prior to you making any commitment.
- If you are happy we will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice showing your order and details of payment procedures.
- Once payment has been received your Pre-Order will be processed immediately.
- Delivery of your Pre Order Purchase may upto 28 days but in most cases far shorter. If it can be sourced from within the UK it will be quicker, In both instances we will contact you to inform you of an anticipated Time Line.
- If an item is out of stock at our Supplier it will be placed on BackOrder and you will be notified of this and when we get it you will get it Postage Free.
- You will be notified at every step so that you are aware of how your Pre-Order purchase is progressing. We will not leave you in the dark!
- Once we have your Order in Situ we will notify you and dispatch within 24-48hrs providing Payment has been met.
- Parcel Force Tracking DATA will be applied on all orders of AEG/GBB and Pistols and on Orders 10kg and above, of a lesser Weight will be shipped by Royal Mail with Tracking Data.
